Caroline, an excellent artist during her teens went ahead to pursue a masters degree in electrical engineering. After a few years of planning extra high voltage transmission circuits, she realised her passion lay somewhere else. She got introduced to baking by coincidence and found in this new vocation her dream of causing excitement by creating beautiful edible work of art. Fortunately, the discipline she acquired during the years of studying and practicing engineering helped her as she pursued her new vocation.
Nairobi has provided Caroline an exciting and challenging stage for her cake design visions. “This is where I am meant to be. This is what I was meant to do”.
