Caroline’s Brownies Gluten Free Mix makes one 10-inch square pan (25cm diameter).
YOU WILL NEED:
- 45g vegetable oil OR melted butter
- 60g WATER
- 2 EGGS
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking pan with butter or oil and line with parchment paper covering the base as well as the part of the sides.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix, vegetable oil OR melted butter, water and eggs. Mix until well combined. Pour into the baking pan.
- Bake for about 18 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 5 cm from the side of the pan comes out almost clean.

Cassava flour, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate, powdered milk, salt.
