Caroline’s Chocolate Gluten Free Cupcakes Mix makes 18 cupcakes.
YOU WILL NEED:
- 145g butter OR margarine OR vegetable oil
- 235ml water
- 3 eggs
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the cupcake tin with cupcakes wrappers.
2. In a large bowl, add the cake mix, butter (OR margarine OR vegetable oil), water, eggs and whisk vigorously until well combined. Fill the cupcake wrappers.
3. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
