Caroline’s Moist Vanilla Gluten Free Cupcakes Mix makes 16 cupcakes .
YOU WILL NEED:
- 200g butter OR margarine OR vegetable oil
- 200ml milk OR water
- 4 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the cupcake tin with cupcakes wrappers.
2. In a large bowl, add the cupcake mix, butter (OR margarine OR vegetable oil), milk OR water, eggs and whisk vigorously until well combined. Fill the cupcake wrappers.
3. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
INGREDIENTS:
Cassava flour, corn flour, sugar, vanilla and leavening agents.
