Caroline’s Moist Vanilla Gluten Free Cupcakes Mix makes 16 cupcakes .
YOU WILL NEED:
- 160g butter OR margarine OR vegetable oil
- 100ml water
- 3 eggs
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line the cupcake tin with cupcakes wrappers.
2. In a large bowl, add the cupcake mix, butter (OR margarine OR vegetable oil), water, eggs and whisk vigorously until well combined. Fill the cupcake wrappers.
3. Bake for about 15 to 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
