Caroline’s Vanilla Cookie Mix 500g

Caroline’s Vanilla Cookies Mix makes 30 cookies.

YOU WILL NEED:

• 120g butter OR margarine
• 30ml milk OR water
• 1 egg

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the baking pan and lightly flour to avoid sticking or use parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, add the cookies mix, butter (OR margarine), milk OR water, egg. Mix until well combined to form a dough.
3. Roll the dough and cut out the desired shapes and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

INGREDIENTS:
Wheat flour, sugar, leavening agents, vanilla.
